BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Booking Confirmation
- A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
- Dates will not be blocked or reserved until the full payment has been received.
- The Palmnest Farms reserves the right to release tentative bookings if payment is not received within the agreed timeline.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- No monetary refund shall be issued once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.
- In exceptional cases, The Palmnest Farms may, at its sole discretion, issue a Future Stay Voucher equivalent to the amount paid.
- Issuance of a Future Stay Voucher is subject to management approval and date availability.
- The voucher may be redeemed only against available dates and is not guaranteed for peak dates, public holidays, wedding dates, festive periods, or fully booked dates.
- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Wedding, Celebration & Event Bookings
- All wedding, anniversary, corporate event, social gathering and celebration bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- Any advance, token amount, partial payment, or full payment made towards an event booking shall remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Date changes, if approved, shall be entirely subject to availability and management discretion.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
General Policy
- Guests are requested to review all booking details carefully before confirming the reservation.
- The Palmnest Farms reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.
- Management's decision shall be final in all matters relating to bookings, cancellations, vouchers and refunds.
